an invitation
For years, we've traveled to Korea to deepen our understanding of the brands we represent, build relationships with their teams, and experience firsthand the culture that continues to shape the future of professional skincare.
Now, we're inviting ten estheticians to experience it alongside us.
Over the course of one unforgettable week, you'll train with Corthe, Dermathod, Thesera, and KrX, learning directly from their educators, innovators, and teams behind the products you use every day. You'll gain insight into their treatment philosophies, and experience Korean skincare from the place it was created.
Beyond the classroom, we'll share the Korea we've come to love—from thoughtfully chosen hotels and incredible meals to a restorative spa experience and moments that can't be planned on an itinerary.
Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged so you can focus on what matters most: learning, connecting, and experiencing Korea in a way very few estheticians ever will.
We hope you'll consider joining us!

Curated For You

Hands On Training
Spend dedicated training days with Corthe, Dermathod, Thesera, and KrX. Each experience has been designed by the brands themselves, giving you direct access to their educators, product specialists, and teams.

Small by Design
We intentionally limited this experience to only ten attendees. Small groups create better conversations, better questions, more meaningful relationships, and an experience that simply wouldn't exist with more people.
What You'll Experience
Seoul
Our home base for the majority of the week. Together we'll explore one of the most innovative skincare capitals in the world while training with Corthe, Dermathod, and KrX.
Daegu
We'll travel to Daegu to spend the day with Thesera, visiting their headquarters and experiencing firsthand the technology and innovation behind one of Korea's fastest-growing professional skincare companies.
Rest
One afternoon has intentionally been left open for restoration. We'll spend it at one of Korea's renowned spas, a chance to slow down, connect with one another, and experience another important part of Korean wellness culture. We'll also have a free day to explore Seoul, or take advantage of scheduled tours!
What's Included
Who is this for?
This experience was created for estheticians who are endlessly curious. Those who want to understand not just how to use a product but why it was created. Who believe education never ends. Who value relationships as much as certifications. Who want to come home with more than photographs.

Join Us
Kin Aesthetics began long before the brand you know today. It began years ago when Sarah lived in South Korea and experienced firsthand a culture where skincare wasn't a trend—it was part of everyday life.
That experience shaped the way we think about education, treatment philosophy, and the brands we choose to partner with today.
If you're ready to experience Korean skincare beyond the products—to understand the people, the innovation, and the culture behind it—we'd love to welcome you.
* Please Note:
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all attendees.
- International airfare is not included.
We strongly encourage purchasing your travel insurance as soon as your reservation is confirmed to ensure you're protected should your plans change.
FAQ
Will I need a passport or visa?
U.S. passport holders do not need a visa for short-term stays of up to 90 days for tourism or business. However, you must carry a valid U.S. passport with at least six months of remaining validity and fill out an e-Arrival Card prior to landing.
Can I bring a friend or partner?
This experience is reserved exclusively for licensed estheticians.
Every part of the itinerary has been intentionally designed around professional education, brand training, and building relationships within our esthetics community.
If this is your first time traveling internationally—or your first trip to Korea—we understand that it can feel a little intimidating. Just know that everyone goes through this at some point + we'll be with you every step of the way.
How will I get from the airport to the hotel?
Once you've collected your luggage, a private driver will be waiting to welcome you and take you directly to the hotel.
Airport transportation is included in your trip, so there's nothing you need to arrange.
I have dietary restrictions. Is that a problem?
Not at all.
We'll have a translator with us throughout the trip, and we've intentionally selected restaurants that can accommodate a variety of dietary needs whenever possible. Just be sure to let us know about any restrictions in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Will there be any downtime?
Yes.
We've intentionally built free time into the itinerary so you can explore on your own, wander with a new esthetician friend, or join us as we discover some of our favorite places together.
Some of the best memories happen during the moments we didn't plan.
Do I need special insurance?
Yes. Travel insurance is required for all attendees, and proof of coverage will be required before departure.
We hope you never need it, but it's an important way to protect your investment should unexpected circumstances arise.
Travel health insurance is also recommended.
What happens if I can't attend? Do you offer refunds?
Because of the nature of international travel, hotel reservations, and training commitments, all registrations are non-refundable.
This is also why travel insurance is required—it provides protection in the event that something unexpected prevents you from attending.
Remind me—what's included in the cost?
Your experience includes:
- Accommodations
- Airport pickup and transportation throughout Korea
- Daily meals
- Brand training and education
- Traditional Korean spa experience
- Guided tours and cultural experiences (for those who choose to participate)
We've also spent months thinking through the little details—the unexpected touches that make you feel welcomed, cared for, and completely immersed from the moment you arrive. We have a few surprises up our sleeves!
When does registration open?
Registration opens in August.
We'll share all the details with our email subscribers and on social media once enrollment begins.
What happens if I can't make it? Will you do this again?
We hope this becomes the first of many.
Based on interest, we anticipate offering additional Korea experiences in October 2027 and in the years ahead.
What else should I know? And who do I contact if I have more questions?
This isn't just a training—it's an experience.
We've partnered with a luxury travel agency to thoughtfully plan every detail so you can simply arrive and enjoy. From airport pickup to navigating transportation, translating menus, and helping you feel comfortable throughout the trip, you'll always have someone to lean on.
The only thing we ask is that you come with an open mind.
Be curious. Embrace a different culture, new flavors, unfamiliar traditions, and a new way of seeing skincare—and the world. The less you expect things to feel like home, the more meaningful this experience becomes.
Come ready to learn, explore, and grow as both an esthetician and a person.
If you still have questions, we're happy to help.
Email us anytime at support@bykinaesthetics.com, and our team will be glad to answer any questions you have.
